The present Agreement lists the terms and conditions for use of AviaMarket service:
1. USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 AviaMarket User is entitled to:
read and post messages in the selected sections based on his/her membership privileges and in accordance with the present terms and conditions, edit his/her messages and or delete them;
check his/her user account;
request system administrator via (password forget form) to change user's password indicating user's login, new password and user name.
1.2 AviaMarket User is responsible to:
read and understand the present User Agreement and strictly abide by its
terms and conditions;
ensure the confidentiality of his/her login and password;
fill out the registration form in accordance with the requested data;
1.3 AviaMarket User is prohibited to:
take any actions that may interfere with AviaMarket operations;
post messages using obscene words or profanity aimed against other
AviaMarket Users;
fill false information in the registration form;
publish additional personal information or contacting details in the SUBJECT field or CONTENT field;
transfer his/her password to the third person;
post messages, which contents does not meet the subject of the selected section;
post messages abusing the Russian law and regulations, and related international agreements.
2. AviaMarket Administrator's Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 AviaMarket Administrator has the right to:
delete messages failing to comply with para 1.3 of the present
Agreement.
2.2 AviaMarket Administrator is responsible to:
advise the User by e-mail regarding deletion of his/her message,
indicating the reason;
timely advise the user by e-mail of the receipt of payment and the period
of unlimited access to the system;
timely advise paid users of changes to the AviaMarket terms and
conditions;
change the password on user's request
timely advise users of possible outages of the system due to maintenance
service by posting a respective message on AviaMarket mainpage not later
than 2 days before the enplaned outage;
compensate the number of service days used for maintenance to the paid
users by adding the corresponding number of days to his/her account, should
the maintenance exceed 2 days.
3. AviaMarket Owner Rights and Responsibilities:
3.1 AviaMarket Owner does not bear any responsibility for:
the authenticity of information posted by the User;
any losses or damage arising from the use of AviaMarket;
suspension of the service arising from the circumstances beyond the
Owner-s control, including power supply and telephone network break-ups;
3.2 AviaMarket Owner has the right to:
temporarily suspend the AviaMarket operations due to the maintenance
service, by posting a corresponding message on AviaMarket mainpage
4. Force Majeure Circumstances
RusAviaCom reserves the right to reject the access to the AviaMarket service due to the
exceptional circumstances and other events beyond the Owner's control. The exceptional
circumstances are hereby deemed natural disasters, fires, civil unrest, strikes, hostilities, illegal
actions of the third parties, enacting of new regulations, Government's decrees and decisions
by state authorities, directly or indirectly banning the services provided under the present
Agreement and hindering the execution of Owner's obligations.
5. Agreement Conclusion Procedure
Coming over by AviaMarket user to the Registration page automatically means that he/she accepted the given AviaMarket membership terms and conditions.
